Terms of Service
Effective 15 August 2026
1. What SuperChase is — and isn't
SuperChase is software that helps your practice prepare third-party authority documents, track fund response times, and draft follow-up and complaint correspondence. It is a drafting and tracking tool:
- You review and send everything. Letters and complaints are drafts; they are sent by you, from your own email, under your own name and judgement.
- Not legal or financial advice. Template correspondence cites legislation and regulatory guidance for convenience; it is general in nature and not legal advice. You are responsible for its appropriateness in each matter.
- Your authority to act. You warrant you hold your client's consent to enter their information and to act on their behalf with their fund.
2. Trial and subscription
New practices receive a 30-day free trial; no payment method is required to trial. Subscriptions are monthly in AUD via Stripe, cancellable anytime effective at the end of the billing period. Founding pricing (50% off the standard price) applies while the founding subscription remains continuously active.
3. Fair use
Unlimited clients and requests within genuine use by one practice. Don't resell access, share logins between practices, scrape the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
4. Your data
Your practice and client data remains yours. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy. We may publish aggregated, de-identified fund response-time statistics.
5. Service and liability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Fund requirements change; while we maintain the fund library actively, you should check critical details before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for outcomes of correspondence you send or for decisions of funds, regulators or tribunals.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms with notice in-product; continued use is acceptance. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account and data at any time.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
